SHIPPING & RETURNS
Please read our shipping policy as it contains important information regarding order processing times for apparel and non-apparel items.
ORDER PROCESSING FOR NON-APPAREL ITEMS
After your payment is verified, it may take up to 24 hours for your order to be processed and shipped. Once the order is shipped, most orders will be delivered within 3-5 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Events out of our control such as severe weather and service interruptions may delay your order delivery.
ORDER PROCESSING FOR APPAREL ITEMS
MR ALPHA Apparel is Printed-On-Demand. When you purchase APPAREL items, it may take 48-72 hours for your order to be processed and shipped. Apparel orders are shipped separate and may arrive later than non-apparel items. Most apparel orders will be delivered within 5-7 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Events out of our control such as severe weather and service interruptions may delay your order delivery.
MR ALPHA has partnered with a trusted third-party company, GlobalShopex.com to fulfill orders for our international customers. Simply put any items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. The items will automatically be transferred to the GlobalShopex cart. You may pay with International credit cards, PayPal, SafetyPay, Bank wire transfers, Money Gram or other local forms of payment. GlobalShopex will process your payment and guarantee delivery.
Once your order is completed, ALL INQUIRIES (delivery time, shipping date, payment details, returns and exchanges) should be directed to GlobalShopex at email@example.com or (786) 391-4868.
Shipping and Duty charges are not refundable, please consider this when placing an order.
RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
U.S. Domestic Orders - Please access our Online Returns Portal and start the returns process with accordance with our return policy below.
International Orders – Please contact one of our customer service representatives prior to initiating a return as you will be unable to use our Online Returns Portal.
Both Domestic and International returns must adhere to the following return policy:
- Apparel and Non-Apparel items must be sent back within 30 DAYS of the delivery date.
- Non-apparel items can be returned used or unused. Simply ship the products to our return center and we'll process your refund right away.
- Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags and packaging attached.
- Compression wear, swimwear, and undergarments are non-returnable and are FINAL SALE.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping.
We are unable to accommodate exchanges by mail. We can only issue store credit for a new item. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions regarding your order.
