Shipping Policy


Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed by our shipping department. Once the order is processed, most orders will be delivered within 3-5 business days.

We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Events out of our control such as severe weather and service interruptions may delay your order delivery.


If you believe your package has been lost, please contact us at so we can assist you. Please note that once the package leaves our facility, we cannot be held responsible if the package gets lost or stolen during transit. Once your order receives a proof of delivery, we cannot be held responsible.


If you decide to cancel your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Orders that have been processed and shipped are not eligible for cancellation. You will have to wait to receive the item and ship it back to us at your expense in order to receive a refund.
